Amenities

This cottage-style farmhouse has just been lovingly revived using the talents of award-winning architect William McCollum. The home is a warm and comfortable retreat that shares the same historical reverence and eclectic artistry as its locale, downtown Three Oaks.

Downtown Three Oaks is charming – walk to a live performance at the Acorn Theater or a film at the Vickers Theatre, or get “spirited” away at the Journeyman Distillery or Dewey Cannon Winery and Brewery. Stroll through one-of-a-kind boutiques, antique shops and galleries, then grab a bite at one of the wonderful local restaurants. If time permits, bike or drive 10 minutes to the shores of Lake Michigan. The other towns in Harbor Country lend themselves to country bicycling or venturing out to explore the areas’ vineyards, farms and antique shops.

After your day’s adventures settle back in to this warm, charming home – whether it’s cooking in the great-room style kitchen, having a night-cap in the the dining room/study or nestled up to the fireplace with a new book or movie, we are sure you will find it relaxing. This home is cozy enough for a couple or big enough for a group. Located just 60 minutes from Chicago and 40 minutes from South Bend, the Fourth oak vacation home is a quick escape that makes you feel a world away.
